Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of products to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the team lead to resolve workflow issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Inspect shipments for damage and document any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with the flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates immediately.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
