Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Stock inventory, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness overnight
- Conduct security checks and safeguard merchandise during closed hours
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and weekly reporting tasks
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless operational handovers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with overnight hours
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
