Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure timely completion of daily targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and logging data.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
