Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Sort, stage, and organize inventory accurately to ensure order fulfillment.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies (OSHA compliance).
- Assist in the processing of customer orders and shipping preparation.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts consistently.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
