Responsibilities
- Perform material handling operations, including loading and unloading trucks, in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts (certification required or willingness to obtain).
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records for the night shift.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with order fulfillment and packaging duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
