Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations using electronic health records
- Assist with patient care activities including mobility support and medication administration
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Collaborate with night shift teams to ensure seamless patient handovers
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Support administrative tasks including admissions and discharge preparations
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
