Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations during night shifts
- Coordinate material handling and shipping/receiving processes
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Resolve logistical issues and escalate concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous night shift or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
