Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and night shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
