Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy in tasks.
