Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely according to safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues with machinery or safety gear immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
