Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight efficiently.
- Verify accuracy of inventory counts and document any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
