Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently run forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods accurately during peak evening hours.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and Weekends (Sat & Sun).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
