Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage inventory tracking and order fulfillment systems
- Supervise team members and ensure safety compliance
- Resolve logistical challenges in real-time
- Maintain detailed shift reports and documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Operate material handling equipment safely
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Availability for weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid California driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
