Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend operational teams across warehouse, logistics, and customer service departments
- Optimize weekend workflows to maximize efficiency and meet KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control standards
- Resolve operational escalations and make real-time decisions to ensure service excellence
- Prepare comprehensive weekend performance reports and improvement plans
- Collaborate with weekday leadership teams for seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations/supervisory role with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
