Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, scheduling, and service-related issues using CRM systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with on-site teams during critical overnight service disruptions
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols when handling sensitive information
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Support weekend event coordination and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in healthcare or utilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays 11 PM - 7 AM
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia metro area geography
