Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support to clients via phone, email, and chat during the night shift and weekends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance standards and performance metrics during night operations.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while assisting customers in various time zones.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in a related field is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience in a technical or call center environment is preferred.
- Availability to work weekend shifts and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely (Georgia or Albuquerque).
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and empathetic approach to customer needs.
