Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night and weekend shifts.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide accurate solutions to customers with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or technical teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide consistent support.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends without complaint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
