Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized guest services to patrons during evening and weekend shifts.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in the check-in and check-out processes for late-night arrivals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all public areas.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Monitor security protocols to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (evenings and overnights).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure.
