Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care during assigned weekend and night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Administer medications accurately and maintain detailed patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Respond to patient emergencies with calm professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
