Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Assist with diagnostic procedures under medical supervision
- Coordinate with overnight care teams for seamless patient transitions
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Inventory management for medical supplies
Qualifications
- Current California Health Tech certification required
- Minimum 1 year hospital/clinic experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic EKG/ECG monitoring skills preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
