Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight/weekend hours
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Document patient records accurately in EMR systems
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations per ACLS/PALS protocols
- Assist with admissions/discharge procedures
Qualifications
- Current OH nursing license (RN/LPN) or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends
- Pass background/drug screening
