Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend night shifts (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status using EMR systems
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in shift handoffs and care coordination meetings
Qualifications
- Current RN, LVN, or CMA license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (night shift preferred)
