Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed medications per protocols
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during emergency situations
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and clinical accuracy
Qualifications
- Active RN license or CMA certification in California
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional communication skills in high-pressure scenarios
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish bilingual preferred
