Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend night shifts (Saturday/Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with clinical precision
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania nursing license (RN or LPN) required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
