Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking, packing, and shipping operations during night hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding quality control and customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills are a plus.
