Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications accurately
- Document patient records with precision using EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Valid PA driver's license for on-call duties
