Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment according to strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are met and identify potential defects immediately.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S workplace organization principles.
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Document production data accurately in required logs and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read technical manuals.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
