Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Assemble, package, and label products according to strict quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
