Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring and medication administration
- Document patient observations and care activities in electronic health records
- Collaborate with overnight medical teams during emergency response scenarios
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and comfort during overnight shifts
- Maintain sterile environments and follow infection control protocols
- Communicate patient status changes effectively to day-shift counterparts
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA or PCT certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail during overnight documentation
- Exceptional communication skills in high-pressure situations
- Availability for every Saturday/Sunday night shift (7PM-7AM)
