Responsibilities
- Package Handling: Sort, scan, and load/unload merchandise accurately and efficiently during night shifts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records using WMS systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk extensive distances.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a stable work history.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
