Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for weekend deliveries
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain organized warehouse zones per safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team leads on workflow optimization
- Prepare outbound shipments for weekend delivery routes
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Houston facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours on concrete flooring
