Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care during weekend night shifts in ER/ICU units
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Epic EHR systems
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while handling sensitive patient data
- Precept new nurses through our structured orientation program
- Participate in weekend quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications with current expiration dates
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and Meditech systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts
- Experience with telehealth monitoring technologies preferred
