Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during weekend and night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and prioritize care needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning procedures
Qualifications
- Current nursing license (LPN/RN) or CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic life support (BLS) certification
