Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter security breaches through patrols and surveillance
- Respond rapidly to emergencies, disputes, and medical incidents
- Enforce venue policies and guest conduct standards
- Operate security systems and document incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Provide crowd control during peak weekend hours
- Conduct thorough property inspections at shift start/end
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Security License (Class D)
- Minimum 1 year security or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Flexible availability for Saturdays and Sundays (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
