Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and personnel to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities
- Operate security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control
- Conduct regular patrols of commercial/residential properties
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incident reports
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical situations
- Provide customer service assistance to visitors and tenants
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with surveillance technology

- Reliable transportation to Long Beach locations
