Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct 5-8 team members during weekend night shifts
- Execute inventory management and store replenishment protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations
- Monitor security protocols and safety compliance
- Train staff on new products and procedures
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with day-shift management for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid Washington state food handler/seller permit (if applicable)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of loss prevention protocols
