Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend/night shift teams to exceed performance targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service during peak weekend and nighttime hours
- Manage inventory and store operations during off-peak periods
- Implement safety protocols and maintain store security overnight
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues effectively
- Conduct team briefings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends (Fri-Sun) and nights
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
