Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 member night shift teams during weekend operations
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient safety protocols
- Coordinate emergency response procedures overnight
- Conduct shift handovers and documentation reviews
- Train new associates on night shift procedures
- Monitor facility security and access controls
- Report operational issues to day management
Qualifications
- 2+ years healthcare supervisory experience required
- NYS Certified Nursing Assistant or EMT license preferred
