Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision and ensure patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care transitions
- Respond promptly to patient calls and address immediate care needs with empathy
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification or equivalent healthcare credential
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term care experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
