Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-10 person weekend night shift teams across Philadelphia locations
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate logistics for high-volume weekend operations
- Conduct quality assurance checks and service audits
- Manage inventory and resource allocation during peak hours
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in night shift environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 10 PM-6 AM)
