Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 staff members during Saturday/Sunday night shifts
- Oversee venue operations including inventory control and cash management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new staff on service standards and venue policies
- Prepare shift reports and performance analytics for management
- Coordinate with security teams for crowd control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Texas Food Manager Certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
