Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight patient care activities across multiple departments
- Supervise nursing staff and support personnel during weekend shifts
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient documentation accuracy
- Conduct shift handovers with precision and detail
- Order and inventory critical medical supplies
- Maintain a safe, sanitized patient environment
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- 2+ years supervisory experience in acute care settings
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Epic EHR systems
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse patient population
