Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend night shift operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate team assignments and optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for site visits)
- Proficiency in shift management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills with diverse teams
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
