Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-10 person night shift team during weekend operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Complete incident reports and operational documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in shift-based roles
- Valid California driver's license (required for site checks)
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
