- Oversee 8-12 person night shift teams across multiple departments
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards during overnight hours
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident management
- Conduct shift handovers with day and evening supervisors
- Monitor patient care metrics and implement quality improvements
- Manage supply inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
- Mentor staff through performance coaching and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for facility transport needs)
