Responsibilities
- Manage overnight operations during weekend shifts with 8-12 team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout shift
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operations handover
- Prepare daily performance reports and operational analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, POS)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish bilingualism a plus
