Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 staff members during weekend night shifts (Fri-Sat 10 PM-6 AM)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Manage inventory counts and supply replenishment
- Train new staff on procedures and service standards
- Process payroll and daily performance reports
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday & Saturday nights)
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for supply runs)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must pass background check and drug screening
