Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders during weekend and overnight shifts
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS interfaces
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
