Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments onto and off of trucks and pallets using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained within the warehouse.
- Packing & Labeling: Properly pack products for shipment, ensuring all labels and barcodes are accurate and legible.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by the role.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and/or night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping details.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and labeling.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors clearly.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
