Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move stock and materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety during the process.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and meets company standards.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
